About Us

Access Property Development has been developing, constructing, and maintaining quality storage facilities since 2004. Overseeing over 260 properties across canada, APD has provided a consistently high level of service while also cultivating beneficial relationships with established trade partners. As one of the first companies to offer the services of a fully in-house construction company, APD is able to control up to 50% of storage construction costs by providing a fully licenced HVAC and electrical division along with in-house locker installations and project management services.
